Antique Chinese Jade Lotus Dish

Another piece from a private collection that I am shooting for a catalog.

This is a hand-sized jade dish carved in a lotus motif. The jade it is constructed of captures light wonderfully and makes the piece seem luminous. I shot this piece in two views. The left hand side of the photo is the dish the way you would see it on a table. The right side of the photo is of the dishes bottom.
