Crab Rangoon

It's crab rangoon. My daughter loves these things. She calls them "Cheesy triangles". I'm always disappointed with the color I get on Aminus3. If anyone has any solutions or work arounds (short of an outlay of cash), I'd be interested in reading them. The color looks great everywhere but on Aminus.
