Nantucket Ketch

Posted by Henry (Fall River, United States) on 20 March 2008 in Sport & Recreation and Portfolio.

I was walking along the beach photographing things in and around Nantucket Harbor. A mist blew in for a little bit and as it was starting to lift I noticed a wooden ketch making its way toward the mouth of the harbor. As it was passing me the mist was clearing along the beach, but the point and beaches in the distance were still cloaked in a heavy fog. It made for a great photo opportunity.
