Brant Point Light, Nantucket, Massachusetts

Just another view of another incredible morning at Brant Point on Nantucket. Cape Cod and the Islands are known for their light. Painter Edward Hopper realized this when he moved to the Cape to paint.

Patience pays off on Nantucket. The morning can seem to be hopeless and overcast and you just wait a little while longer and you can get some of the best light.

I'm currently gearing up to do a stretch of studio stuff. I've ordered some new equipment and waiting to get rolling on that. Until that time, I be posting irregularly. Don't count me out yet!
