@Judy: Thanks Judy. Up here in the frozen North, our proper smokers and barbecues are under a thick blanket of winter crust. The recipe attached to the photo is a great in-the-home-oven work around. The stuff always goes, there are never leftovers! I took great care with the photo. Like I was shooting a baby! hahaha

@Jason: Hey Jason, during the winter, this is a great pulled pork recipe. Our barbecues and smokers are under the frozen snow and this is a good quick fix. Come spring and summer, look for a bunch of photos here and recipes on http://www.choponionsboilwater.com that will feature all kinds of barbecued and smoked pork, beef and chicken recipes. You may want to also look into Italian porcetta. Good stuff. Next time you come out this way, come when it is warmer.
